Retainer payments must be paid in advance before services begin.
Retainers are non-refundable, unless otherwise stated in a signed client agreement.
Billing cycles and deliverables may vary based on the service package.
If your contract is terminated (by you or by us), future payments immediately stop.
You are responsible for providing accurate billing information.
5. User Responsibilities

Not generate fraudulent, harmful, hateful, or illegal content using our AI systems.

Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or replicate our proprietary systems or automations.
Ensure that all data provided is accurate and legally obtained.
6. Company Rights

Terminate any client relationship or contract at our discretion.
Refuse service to users who violate these Terms or applicable law.
Update offerings, pricing, and service terms as needed.
If your contract is terminated, billing stops immediately, and all future retainers are canceled.
7. Intellectual Property
All intellectual property, automations, proprietary processes, software setups, workflows, AI prompts, and system configurations are the sole property of Integra AI Automations.
Clients retain ownership of their uploaded content, data, and branding.
AI-generated outputs may be used by clients for their own business purposes, but Integra AI retains ownership of the underlying systems that create these outputs.
You may not copy, resell, or redistribute our automation frameworks or intellectual property.
8. AI Usage & Limitations
By using our Services, you understand and agree that:
AI systems may produce incorrect, incomplete, or unexpected outputs.
AI responses should not be relied upon for legal, medical, or financial advice.
AI outputs depend heavily on user input and third-party platforms (ChatGPT, GHL, Twilio).
We are not responsible for business outcomes, performance results, or decisions made based on AI outputs.

Our total liability is capped at the total amount you paid to us in the last 30 days.

13. Termination

Future payments immediately cease
Access to services and automations may be removed
No refunds will be issued unless expressly agreed in writing
14. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes arising from these Terms will be governed by the laws of North Carolina.
Disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration, unless both parties agree to court proceedings in North Carolina.
15. Changes to These Terms
